1. All Claims will be charged. We will deliver goods out after we receive the balance, or all the money (including Deposit) paid before will be used to cover your unclaimed goods cost and our lost.
( So PLZ must make sure you can pay money for all goods you claimed! If you place order, it will be considered that you Accept this rule by Default. )
Plz respect me cuz I walk at least 13,000 steps everyday in so HOT weather to help search and purchase goods for you. So if you dont pay money for the goods you claimed, they will become the stock and I dont know when I can re-sell them out cuz cant make sure other customers has same taste as yours! So that's why we need to keep your money paid before to cover other yours unpaid goods' cost! (but TBH, the money paid before actually can not cover all goods cost so we still lose money ) I am trying my best to do my Job so hope we can understand each other~
2. All handicrafts may have slight defects. Mind not buying them! I wish you all have a nice shopping experience~
3. We will confirm to you with all details like what goods claimed and balance if paid already before we deliver your goods by WhatsApp!
4. No matter new or regular customers, must re-pay deposit to open a new basket. Ty for understanding and cooperations~
5. All basket cant be kept over 2 weeks so if you place an order plz make sure you have time to watch my live to shop and try to finish order so at the end of each month, it will be much more easier to figure out company's profit!
6. If I see your basket already kept over 2 weeks I will remind you with any methods I can use and wait for your reply with another 5 more days! But if you still didnt come to take care of your order, I will close the basket and deposit NOT Refunded too! (When you place order, it means that you accept this rule by Default!)

Lou dont like a very "big" order but actually many goods havent paid yet. Lou like the customers can pay in time eventhough order is samll but I will also very happy and will very willing to offer more good quality goods and good service to you!
